The Fountain Park is doing what it’s supposed to do.  Provide recreation and entertainment for the locals and tourists (like me).

1/13 – City of Las Cruces

You’ll have to take my word for it.  I saw it yesterday and looked up what it was.  Thanks to the crazy winds, it wasn’t easy to get a good picture today.  Who knows, it may blow off the pole later today.
