Team 16 – Bollard Busters

Hi team,

10 of us have joined the team. The 11th, Jeremy Schneider, is a friend of mine. I’ve been attempting to contact him through his personal email with no response, so I am guessing that he is out of town or something. If I don’t hear anything by tomorrow, then I will request a replacement.

I’ve been reminding other teams to add their activities to the FS Official-ish Calendar, which is on the Freezing Saddles home page. Check it out for goings-on and infiltration opportunities. Obviously, anything we want to do ourselves we should post here, too.

Hello Busters,

jeremy will not be playing this year due to a family medical situation. I sent a note to Sunyata to provide a replacement player. Hopefully there is one.

I have noted that we are “leading” the sleaze rides team leaderboard. What I mean by “leading” is that we actually have the fewest sleaze rides as a team, just 2 total.

However, we are also low on the Ride Days leaderboard, so maybe we should bump up our sleaze rides to take advantage of the 10-point daily bonus.

I will be at Mike’s Deli in the morning for Monday Pancake Club. There are some other rides happening tomorrow; check the calendar on the Freezing Saddles web site for infiltration opportunities.

And keep busting those bollards!!!

We are holding in 5th place, but just by a whisker. 2Fast, 2Frozen, 2ba is right behind us.

We are low down on the ride-days leaderboard. In fact, we have more miles than the Fourmidable Snow Flukes, but are behind them due to their riding more days. Try to get in at least a sleaze ride every day!

I’m open to organizing a group event. Up for a happy hour on Thursday or Friday, Feb 2-3?

Happy Hour – Friday is early dismissal day for FFX Co Schools, if that makes any difference. I likely won’t make a HH unless the location is West of Vienna, but appreciate the invite!

I was a triathlete for my years, a roadie, and bike racer. Several years ago I took up mountain biking because I didn’t crash on the road enough. Hit me up if you want to ride. I have every Friday off, but I am not really a morning person. Always up to ride with others since I ride a lot by myself.

Calling all Bollard Busters (infiltrators welcome, but hecklable…and crop-out-able).

Happy Hour this Thursday, February 2. In two parts:

Part 1: Doughneuring prelude at Bayou Bakery in Courthouse (they have beignets) – 5:15
Part 2: Once beignets are photographed and consumed, retire to one of these nearby drinking establishments

• Ragtime
• Arlington Rooftop Bar & Grill

I have never been to Ragtime, so don’t know if it’s awesome or awful.

If you have a preference, let me know. I will make a final determination on Wednesday.
