Pointless prize: Post Office

Triborough Station on E 124th St, East Harlem. There was too much traffic to get out in the street to get the whole building, and it was too COLD to wait for it to clear.

Turnpike Station Post Office on Pickett Road in Fairfax.

Woolsey Station, 31st St, Astoria, Queens (I have yet to really figure out what constitutes Long Island City). After I took the photo, a letter carrier came out and asked me about my “Take-a-Look” mirror, said he bikes a lot.

I finally found one with a name on it. This was a big place. I was riding around the back of it and an employee asked me if I needed help. He told me how to get to the actual post office part of the building.

From a Jan 16 ride in Jamesville, which is located on VA’s Eastern shore. It’s a quiet rural town with a small post office. We also saw work being done on the Eastern Shore rail trail.
