NYC is full of scaffolding, lots of facade work going on.

ParticipantSurprisingly difficult but I think I found a post office in DC. Most post offices at least the ones close to downtown tend to be inside a building which probably doesn’t allow them to hang a US Post Office lettering on the outside. This one is located on U St in the Municipal Affairs building and fortunately had lots of windows so that you can see the sign inside.

ParticipantI’m enjoying my postal pursuits, but have a question about the leaderboard. It ranks based on aggregate mileage of postal rides, not total number of post offices visited. Is that correct?

ParticipantYes, I know I am breaking a rule for not having the name of the town in this one, but…
Technically, this is a contract Post Office. But, it’s right next to my bike shop!! (Which I rode to today to get some help with some pedals).

Great obsersvation (I didn’t even notice). I’m looking for the most post office visits (limit of one per day). Maybe once the “official” leaderboards are posted they will be sorted that way. My link is just for before the actual teams are made and they make all the spiffy changes to leaderboards.
You will not win a prize if you visit one post office during a 3,000 mile ride!! However, I will say “nice job” if you do that.
