1/13/2023 – National Dress Up YourPet Day

Out of town for wedding, found an xs road bike at Speedshop Bicycles, went for a two mile test ride in an neighborhood and found nothing. [emoji22]

Went back to return the bike, thinking that I at least got a two miles in. Told the shop that I likes the bike but I needed to check w my husband and saw this!

    1-14-23 – Animals with clothes

Every dog I saw being walked today was without clothing! But I stopped by one of my favorite Little Free Libraries, and found not one (dog in car), not two (goose in raincoat), but THREE (bear in hat) books with pictures of animals with clothing, including the old favorite, Paddington Bear.

These two dogs at BoneJour in Bethesda are wearing their “Ukraine” t-shirts. The male is wearing pants and the female is wearing a blouse under the shirt and a skirt. I must report, though, that both are barefoot (barepawed?).

Slim pickings today. Must have been too cold for the dog walkers so I had to resort to the neighborhood bear.

I was going to post a photo of Woody from the same grouping of blow-ups in DC near the Wharf that CBGAnimal used. BUT on the way home on Bluemont Jct Trail I saw this woman walking to a Funeral of all places. She was wearing a hat from Mongolia that she bought on a trip there in 2011. At first, I took a photo on the fly because she was in a hurry. Then, she said, “Shall I pose?” which she did.
