ParticipantRudolph’s school again. The formative years. I actually got a shot of Rudolphina, but it’s not great. On my ride when I get home. I tried to get a photo of Rudolph The Rein-less Reindeer in the West Hyattsville Metro parking lot, but he proved elusive. I know he’s skittish due to his pre-communist days under the feudal thumb of Claus Corporation, LTD, so I tried to follow him from a good distance, but every time I’d stop to get my camera he’d move again. He was trapped by a bunch of fences and I feared I’d scare him enough that he’d jump – they must have been 7 or 8 feet high – and get hurt. Of course that’s what eventually happened. I heard some contact and hope he’s okay. Couldn’t find him after that. But he had some great teachers at this school.

I stopped to take a picture of these cuties. They were so happy to see me, they all moseyed over to say hi. They weren’t very happy when I didn’t have any treats for them.

The man holding the clock shows action, the word Tiffany always brings emotion and fortuitously, today is the anniversary of our engagement.March 18, 2023 at 10:58 pm #1126298cvcalhoun

Not sure if this fits, but Sarah 🐝 suggested it. The pirate queen seems to be acting with her sword, my emotion is embarrassment, I guess.

I think this is the best photo I’ve seen you take, Carol! And that’s saying something because you’ve done a lot of really good ones!

Yes, she rode in my bike trailer. So she was something I brought from home. But Kiah (the German shepherd) was encountered during the ride.

First I started taking pictures of a few people practicing soccer shots, but these kid’s screams indicated far more action, emotion, and engagement. A picture of two of them climbing over the fence by the white blob would have been cooler, but I wasn’t fast enough with the camera. The screams of kids having fun are so wondrous.

I knew you’d brought her in your bike trailer. I love that you do that.
I brought Pinky in my bike trailer once (awhile back cuz 6 years ago she died & sent us a cat) and you shoulda seen her reaction when she realized I wanted her to get into the trailer! She was like this dainty lady saying ” You want me to do WHAT?”
But fast forward to maybe a half hour later & we’re riding by a woman walking a coupla dogs on Military Rd….. I looked back cuz no barking, and she always barked at strange dogs unless they were special somehow. And there she was sitting in the trailer with her head held high like she thought she pooped vanilla ice cream & was above barking at those dogs [emoji16]
