There were, of course, many Planet Fitness signs around, but I wanted something more obscure. Right after I saw “10th Planet Jiu Jitsu” I went around the corner and found this, completely unexpected. Aren’t those the best finds?

I had a great idea if I could find a Mars Bar. Sadly, I tried four places along my ride and had no luck.

You’ll have to settle for a small piece of Earth that I saw along my ride.

We live on the planet Earth. While I was replenishing a LFL in front of the Better Termite and Best Control, it occurred to me that they are doing things to protect our Earth, both by helping to recycle books and working to manage pest control. There web site even states that “We are also pleased to have a number of green alternatives to satisfy our focus on being kind to the environment.” My picture shows them standing on the Earth with their business behind them.

Seen from the Mount Vernon Trail, the moon peeks through the cloud cover over Lockheed Martin who was awarded a NASA contract today to build the Mars Ascent Vehicle which will visit Mars, collect rock samples and return them to Earth.
