The scavenger hunt has become my “Forest Glen by bicycle” tour Here we have the 2 full blocks of Bike Lane yes on Linden Lane where it becomes Seminary Road. Seminary southbound does eventually connect to the lovely 2nd Avenue Protected bike lanes in Silver Spring AND intersects the Spring St. lanes as well. If you’re biking Bethesda to downtown Silver Spring, Jones Bridge/Mill to Linden to Second is the way to go!

1/28/2022 Bike Way, South Capitol Trail

This is all I could find on the trail. Strange. It doesn’t link well with trails at either end, which is unfortunate, but it’s nice and has the potential to connect. I’d kind of prefer a trail that runs along Joint Base Anacostia Bolling and actually connects to the already existing Oxon Hill Farm trail which avoids the horrid strip mall on South Capitol/Indian Head Highway, but there are ways to get to the Oxon Hill trail (see photos on my ride) and then along aforementioned strip mall, just not great ways. Even if you use the service road it’s crappy at intersections that aren’t made to go straight.

So, I think it’s called the South Capitol Trail, but without much coverage WHO the hell knows ����*♂️?
