Rode my broken bike [emoji22] to buy mead at the total wine store, since the local Planet Wine doesn’t carry it. Went with the Irish label made with honey and blackberries. Delicious!

Have you no shame? You have now taken me from unhealthy eating to solitary drinking!

On the plus side, the bottle (from Maple Beer & Wine, 8125 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814) was well chilled and ready for drinking by the time I got back from my ride.

Found Mead & Meade (Ln) today. Maryland Meadworks was a little too far to ride from CO, so I opted for my local watering hole, who was pouring mead.
