ParticipantStill planning on being there tonight with a +1.
I assume this is a fairly casual paced ride since it’s in the city and all?

Yes, it’s a social ride at a casual pace. We usually make a couple of stops along the way for photo ops and the like.

ParticipantI went on Thurs night and concur w/ @Ginacico: this is totally worth it, and bike friendly.
I intend to join the Midnight Saddles crew @ A&SM prior, and the 10:30pm show, but will probably not make it to midnight as I am a lightweight.

ParticipantFYI (for those paying attention to the thread) – they just announced that the 10:30 show will start at 10:42 so that things line up with history, which throws a monkey wrench into the roll out plan…

ParticipantWell, I lied, and stayed up waaaay past my bedtime to participate in the thoroughly enjoyable Papillon Convoy to the Mall, the #Apollo50th #GoForTheMoon extravaganza, and @SteveO’s Midnight Saddles Ride. Wow [emoji50]!

ParticipantThat last photo at the Wright exhibit- all us cyclists (including John-Michael from Papillon) looked at the bike, looked at the workbench, looked at the Wrights’ service claim ticket, and discussed how little has changed.

Consularrider, honored to meet you and thanks for riding with us.
Another time, I’ll ask (many) questions about Frankfurt (I am trying to connect with my memories of that place 60 years ago).
