You (or anyone) may join for the pre-Soul-Stroll food/drink and the Soul Stroll itself, even if you can’t do the Midnight Saddles ride.
However, if you want to join the Congressional Cemetery tour, get your 8:45pm ticket ASAP.

Pre-tour libations/food will take place at Trusty’s: 1420 Pennsylvania Ave SE. 6:45ish. All welcome regardless of whether you can join the Midnight Saddles ride.

Pre-Midnight Saddles events
6:45 ish – Pre-Soul Stroll food and Libations at Trusty’s – 1420 Pennsylvania Ave SE
8:20 – head over to the cemetery (it’s close by)
8:45 – Soul Stroll Congressional Cemetery tour for those of us with tickets (as of right now at least one ticket is still available)
(post tour – ride over to Washington Monument)
Official Midnight Saddles ride
10:30 pm – Gather at Washington Monument
10:45 pm – Wheels up (route here) – One notable item to see along the way
12:30ish – arrive IHOP Columbia Heights
nom nom nom
o’dark thirty – head home

Feel free to participate in any or all of these events. All welcome. Midnight Saddles rides are group social rides. We all stick together and ride at a moderate pace. If you are new to Midnight Saddles, read earlier posts on this thread to see how cool our previous rides have been. Hope to see you there.

For anyone on the fence about riding in total darkness with friends- *GO*. You won’t get a better October evening than tonight. And Steve O will not lead you to “certain death”…

I finished work (from home) at 10:45pm, left the house ~11:07, and sprinted down to ART to catch y’all on the way up. Except… I didn’t see anyone all the way down to the Benning Rd bridge and then some. I cried a tear then rode home with my tail between my legs

Did you bail on the after-ride, take a different route, or worse: I just missed you?
