LFL on the Monon Rail Trail at the Indiana School for the Visually Impaired trailhead. Had a few kids books, adult fiction, a Spanish primer and eight braille books.

I love that it had braille books. Someone knows their audience. Extra points for the find!

And a LFL? I’m confused.

ParticipantBONUS LUCK OF THE IRISH:
On 3/17 ONLY, if you can fill in all of these requirements, you’ll get a pot of gold (actually a points boost).
1. Find a LFL with St. Pat’s decor (one that you haven’t already posted here)
2. Deposit a CHILDREN’s book in said LFL.
3. Do this WITH A CHILD ALONG FOR THE RIDE (independent rider or in a trailer/seat, etc.).
4. For Extra, Extra points, get a quote from the child as a caption to your photo that you post! It’s a kid – so if it doesn’t make sense, that’s fine.Photo must include the LFL, the decor, the book and the child (doesn’t have to be their face – a back of the head shot is fine – I don’t want anyone concerned about the photo of their child being posted).
All other rules apply – some part of bike in photo (yours or theirs), one photo only posted here, posted on the day of the ride, etc.
Today is the 15th – that gives you a day or two to locate someone’s child you can drag along if you don’t have one convenient to you. And no, furry “children” do not fit this requirement.

Not sure if the McMahons, owners of this LFL, are perpetually ready for St. Patrick’s Day or painted the shamrock on the side recently. A variety of adult fiction and non-fiction, but zero children’s books. I left “Can I Keep Him?” By Stephen Kellogg.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

1300 block of Lawrence St NE DC. Left books in panniers at home because I didn’t think it was possible that I had missed any LFLs in this area and have remained too stubborn to check the LFL map. Maybe it’s new or maybe I routinely skip that block… Good selection!

Note how this LFL is a copy of the old historic Vienna Little Library. There are doors in both sides. Lots of books of all varieties for adults and children. I left Michael Brooks “Against the Web.” More photos in my Strava.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
