I borrowed a relaxing rainforest sounds CD for my daughter. There’s some environmental policy books and adult fiction. Needs kids books!

LFL – Del Ray Café in Alexandria VA

This LFL was locked — which is a first for me — and covered in snow. Given the poor lighting, I could not see what genre the book titles were.
One thing it definitely needs, though, is a key!:-0

Why oh why didn’t this snow come on Christmas eve? This looks SO Christmas-y. Although the locked part of it is definitely in violation of the spirit of LFL!

Not dinging you for it Boomer, but maybe the cafe. :-)

I don’t see a photo – it’s not required here – but just letting you know. :-)

On the portion of the Bethesda Trolley Trail that goes by Sunrise Senior Living, 4925 Battery Ln, Bethesda, MD 20814
Lat: 38.992704
Long: -77.099942

This one could use some textbooks. It’s right next to a senior living building. Seniors are the biggest users of adult education classes. For those who can’t make it to classes, it would be nice to have some self-study materials.

I seem to be having problems uploading photos to this forum. So do I need to post my Free Little Library photos here or is on Strava enough?
Please let me know. Thanks!

Sophie, the strava hashtag will get you the basic participation points. The extra stuff needs the photo here so I don’t have to look at every strava entry as well.

If you’re having trouble uploading photos, check with some of the admins. They’re way more knowledgeable than I am!

This Little Free Library, located at 714 First Street in Rockville, had a nice variety of books but should have used more picture books for younger kids. There was even a puzzle in there!

A little free library on Euclid St between Ontario and 17th St. This used to have an eclectic collection–from Chinese to LSAT study materials–but now seems to contain only fiction and is well-stocked.
