Lat: 38.9330888 Long: -77.3002672This LFL was so full that several books came tumbling out when I opened the door! It’s located at the end of a street deep into a neighborhood, and although it has a short path just to its left that goes to the W&OD trail, doubt that it gets a lot of traffic. I left “The Octopus and the Orangutan” by Eugene Linden, a book that I nabbed at a LFL the other day because it was the only book I had. I hadn’t taken it out of my pannier, and had forgotten to add a few of my own books. I also took two books from the LFL that I thought my 4 year-old grandkids would like since it was so full. Oh – and if anyone wants to read “Queens Gambit” this LFL has a copy!

ParticipantLFL on Janice Road in Fairfax. This is another Library that is not on the map and that I tripped over after I made a wrong turn on my ride today. Not many children’s books in this library. Also, this is within the neighborhood and walking distance of the middle school so could use books for that level as well.

ParticipantMy first post here in quite a while (you can tell I’m back east).
Spotted in a small local park in Stedman, NC. Mostly kiddie books, which makes sense.

I love when wrong turns result in new discoveries! Good thing, because I make a lot of wrong turns!

This LFL has a varied selection of books but not many for children so I left Dr. Seuss’s “A B C.”Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

ParticipantLFL located on Brown Street at Ridge Rd in Washington Grove, MD has 3 levels and was beautifully painted. But not many kids books so left this one about a boy who wants to be a professional baseball player at Yankee Stadium where his dad works as a janitor.

This LFL at the Unitarian Universalist Church at 9601 Cedar Lane is weird. It seems to have mostly games rather than books. But I left a copy of Chinese New Year there.Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

ParticipantWhen I passed this Little Free Pantry on Meredith Drive on Sunday it was full of food (right). On Monday it was completely empty, so I rode to it today just to put in a bunch of bags of dried beans and lentils. Still looks pretty sad but at least there is something for people to use to start a big pot of soup.

ParticipantLFL 2/15/22 corner of N 19th St and N Upton St in Arlington. Tiny little library with about 12 books. Seems like a rogue–no registration plaque.
