LFL on Glanmore Ct in Fairfax. Great selection of adult books. Could use more books for younger ages. (Seems to be a common theme)

Wow – that’s a “Middle Sized” Free Library! Nice find!

I think that is why I could not find the library on my first trip to Occoquan. I was definitely not looking for something that big or looking on porches of businesses.

LFL in front of Binford School on Floyd Ave in The Fan, RVA

I went by several LFLs plus a LFPantry and a LFBibles. Several schools had two LFLs.

This is obsession: Stuck in the mud in Shenandoah National Park this evening. Van wouldn’t budge after hours of trying EVERYTHING! Luckily, Ranger Kevin Moses helped me yank it out. Night had descended and we were locked in the park after-hours but got out with help. Two hours drive later, just enough time before midnight to stock the local Presbyterian Church Pantry (off Rte 236)! Yes, obsession. Great Little Free Library in the 600 Block of F St NE DC. Good adult selection. Perhaps could use more social justice related titles to accompany the flags and signs displayed proudly around it.

    Love the flag!

LFL located next to 1402 Grandin Ave… but I think it was actually on the corner property on Carl street. Donated this book about a Chinese-American boy trying out for Little League.

LFL Twofer with one photo at Carver Elementary School on Leigh Ave in Jackson Ward, RVA. Donated by Kiwanis, an adult and a children’s, both were well stocked.

Noticed this beautiful Little Free Library pantry with green roof in the community garden at the Eastern end of the Irving Street cycle track yesterday. Came back today to drop off some canned fruit

If you’re keeping count of your submissions, be aware that this is not an exact science, so our counts may differ.

For results through 2/7, and this is ONLY the extra points here, not the Strava points, here are the top four. As you can see, they are close!

It’s a good obsession to have — EXTRA points for being stuck in the mud after hours!

Only half full, assorted adult reading. Could use kids books like “My Mommy is a Firefighter [emoji1974]”since it’s located across the street from Fire Station 205. Has interior lighting for browsing titles at night!

    LFL Venice style
There are no bikes allowed in Venice, but tons of walking through the maze of cobbled walkways and bridges.
I came upon this display of books in a Venice window sill, free to anyone to take. In the spirit of LFLs, I had to post the photo documentation. 961874dd6d3bd1c93f735fe54a4a84d3.jpg

This LFL in Nice, France is located in a square just outside the Durandy tram stop.
I wasn’t on a bike ride when I found it, but so excited to find an LFL in France!!
I did bike an hour or so later. 7a0e804c9f20607e5f9ea8e89590ea7e.jpg
