Could probably use more typical kid picks than the self defense training book KidSnowLeopard was eyeing.

ParticipantLFL at the corner of George Mason Drive and Washington Blvd in Arlington
This charming library has a wonderful collection of kids books. Some looked brand new.
Also a handful of adult books and some flash cards. Inside lights illuminate the selections.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

LFL at Lyon Park, Arlington, VA – on the Garfield Street side, next to the swingset.
This LFL was next to a kids playground, so it had lots of kids books. And I added another one – “A Picture for Harold’s Room” book. (I love Harold and his purple crayon)

ParticipantThis one is in front of Mom’s Organic Market, Randolph Road, North Bethesda. Given its location, it could use more cookbooks or books on wellness.

ParticipantLibrary located at the corner of 16th & Independence Ave NE. A clean and large two story library containing adult titles. Several titles caught my fancy: “A Clockwork Orange” (memories from my freshman year in college, I saw the movie and thought it was strange; “God is Not Great, How Religion Poisons Everything” (WTF!![emoji43]*[emoji94]) by Christopher Hitchens, I’ll be back to borrow that one when I have a bag with me; and “Scars of Sweet Paradise: The Life and Times of Janis Joplin” by Alice Echols (memories of Bobby McGee [emoji846]). Loved this library, I’ll be back![ATTACH]27293[/ATTACH]

How have I never noticed this one? Is it in Lacy Woods park?

ParticipantI stopped at this little free library on Park Terrace Drive (between Belle Haven & Fort Hunt) just after the bend and before the plummet.
I was delighted to find a Winnie The Pooh book there and stuck it up my jacket [emoji16]. I think it’s the tall skinny blue one blue one on the bottom shelf, in the picture. [emoji16]

ParticipantLFL at the Friends Meeting House in York, PA. 90% kids books, one non-fiction (well, sort of), one cook book, and a couple young adult fiction. Needs something more for us older readers.
