Spokes has their winter gear on sale. The Gore phantom 2.0 for $90 is a steal.
I got one. Got a good deal on some Bontrager tights I would never have bought otherwise too. Used them today.
Glad I didn’t pay full price

ParticipantI don’t know if it’s a deal (I have no idea how much it *should* cost), but there is a bike frame maker down in Richmond that I happened to see is now doing seat stay splitter installs for $140. Just in case anyone is looking to convert to a belt drive, below is a link to their photos about the install….

I would totally consider doing this to my FG as a fun project (once my new build is done, of course). But as much as I hate dealing with the drivetrain on my steel CX commuter/utility bike, which now gets used pretty much only in rain/snow, I’d be hesitant to convert any bike that I actually depend on.

Participant$200 for a 60cm Waterford OS2 frameset
With the carbon fork, headset, stem and braze on derailleur clamp. I’m mightily tempted, but it overlaps substantially with my current bike and I’d be a total hypocrite since I’m trying to empty out my parts bin in another thread.

Wow, that is a great deal. I really thought hard about getting the Colossal when looking to build my disc road bike. The geometry wasn’t a great fit for me, but otherwise that is an awesome-looking bike.
