Not a deal. Our favorite “Falls Church near DC” flipper has a 2004 Poprad for $550, which also seems a bit steep to me.

I can’t say what the right price would be but I’m pretty sure $690 is too much. My wife has the identical bike in size 51 and it is really nice, if badly in need of some updated components. Has some nice high-end features like pantographed lugs, fork, stem and chainrings.
