Only some spokes seem to cross on those wheels. Am I missing something?

You know me too well, showed this to my son – he thought the frame looked too chunky. Still looking…

48cm Cervelo S3 carbon fiber frameset and 3T full carbon fork

Anybody have a Cervelo S3 stolen recently? Price seems low to me compared to what these
kinds of bikes are going for on ebay.

If not, looks like a good deal?

How do their sizes run? I’m always on the cusp of a medium and large on the size charts, so I’m never sure which to get.

i found they run on the small side. i ordered a jersey for me but it was too small – gave it to my son

I find their sizing chart to be pretty accurate – I wear their medium jerseys. :)

All the large and most of the medium sale jerseys are already gone, just since I sent my wife the links. Lame!

Hey I just moved across the river from VA to DC and I need a bike for getting around. I’m torn between a hybrid or a single-speed. I want something lightweight, vintage/retro, cool. Mainly for exercising, getting around town for errands, and joy riding. W&OD trail, maybe C&O canal? I’m 6 feet tall, so I’m looking at 58-60cm or somewhere in that neighborhood.

I think a hybrid would be more practical, but I’m afraid I’ll get bored and I like a challenge so I’m tempted to jump in head first and get an old frame and convert it into a single speed. I don’t have any experience but I’d consider myself a strong rider on my mountain bike.

I really like this bike, and I think it’s a good deal (the wheels alone). Any advice from the group? I’m not sure 700×23 is a great size for DC potholes, but it’s so nice :D

The lesson here is to buy my own presents.
