It doesn’t scream stolen other than the price, just a badly written ad and crappy pictures. Many a deal has been found through those elements. At any rate, once I had it I could check it through the bike registry and MPD.

he actually replied with his exact address, which happened to be across the street from the Alexandria Spokes Etc and right down the street from me. Someone got a steal. Oh well. Next time!
No kidding… at the prices people are asking for on craigslist this spring – like 250-300 for anything rolling, or 100 for the cheap Chinese Wal-mart bikes, you could spend a grand or fifteen hundred on that lot, and sell all but the Bianchi for a free high quality road bike! … or sell everything and make (or double) your money.
