And he can ignore all of them if they aren’t high enough, without disclosing he’s doing that. At least with eBay you know if there’s a reserve.

This has the potential of being sold by a low information seller. It’s a vintage 50 cm Schwinn Prelude for $100. The seller compares it to new Preludes at Walmart! If it is late ’80s, it probably has a lugged frame with Columbus tubing.
