Can you identify this bucolic local construction site?

In a similar vein, how about this one:

Stumped. There are lots of under-the-bridge bike tracks on my usual routes in PGCo, but I can’ t recall one with a wood decking.

WOD trial, I-495 overpass. Is that a Lemond?

OK my go again: this is an old picture from 2 years ago- that’s my son on the bike ahead. this should be easy if you’ve been there.

    Right!

No, but you are not the first one to think that. It is a Jamis. Which I have rendered undiginfied by the addition of so much commuter kitch. But I don’t have space for a whole stable of bikes, so the ones I’ve got have to do double or triple duty.

I don’t know where your photo was taken, but I want to know so I can go there — looks nice.

    National Harbor!

How about this one of a helmetless bike symbol rider?

It’s pretty tough so I’ll give a hint. It’s in Arlington and its on a VDOT (state) maintained road.

I used to have a Jamis – great bikes.
Tim Kelly guessed right – it’s national harbor, it’s nice ride over the bridge and lunch at potbellies

@Dirt – Does it count if I don’t know, but that I use technology to figure it out? (Don’t want to spoil it just yet if someone legitimately knows..)

Is it “Mountain and Water” part of Landscape in Mind, a free outdoor exhibition at the Kennedy Center, which ran from September 17th – October 30th, 2011??

Taken on September 23rd with a Panasonic camera?
