I hate crossing this after a big rain event………..on my road bike. Although I did see some[ATTACH=CONFIG]3260[/ATTACH] fishes one time jumping out of the water to cross upstream. Pretty cool. Can you guess where? Clue: A click away from train tracks in ffax.

Fairfax has a zillion of those things. Train tracks, train tracks…could be the railroad at Burke Lake.

I was going to guess Lake Accotink Park near the CSX Trestle, but now I recognize the picture, ( and I read your answer).The trains slow down there after big rains too, worried about a ballast washout.
