ParticipantKayakCyndi said to me this past Friday whilst riding in the convoy, “your rear wheel has a bad wobble. I mean bad, like you’ve got a spoke problem or something”.

Oh, you mean this?

Yes, I mean exactly like that. Happy new wheelset day!
I got bubblegum stuck to my front tire this morning and was wondering if that sufficiently warranted a new wheelset ….

I wholeheartedly support your need for a new wheelset. Bubblegum is very dangerous to the integrity of your wheel, and this danger has been known to transfer wirelessly (or possibly through reverse osmosis) to the other wheel that is seemingly unaffected.
May I suggest a set of Lightweights. You know you want them. I believe they are ready to ship from Competitive Cyclist, so if you order today you could receive them before this weekend!
And if you really are crazy enough to buy a set, could I touch them and ride them around a parking lot. Once. Just once. Pretty please?

You know you absolutely need some Zipps for the Viaje.

Interested if it’s around/under $50.

ParticipantAs a vertically challenged person I oppose all this Volagi veneration. The smallest bike they offer is a 50 cm. What about those of us who need less than 50 cm!
Causing us to feel envy and self-pity is evil!!!!!! You are all evil. Just sayin’

I need something that will take thicker tires than the Liscio will accept. Plus I ride a 44. The short will inherit the earth some day. :p

Oh, I think you’ve got to get a whole new bike to address that problem. The bi0-hazard is huge!
So, I bought these today as a replacement wheelset. Got them for half the price that I could find anywhere else. Of course, I have to wait 3-5 days before I get them, and since I’m N+0, I’ll have a few days off the bike.
