I think you mean hipster-posers. One of them has (gasp) a brake on his bike.

My unintentially ambigious labeling of those shots adds to the suspense. FWIW, I’d rather be the little grouch with the Green Schwinn. And hiking boots.

I think he’s pissed because he’s on a girl’s frame. Sweet ride anyway.

ParticipantA Friday Coffee Club II that meets on Thursdays could lead to some confusion — a renaming might be helpful.

Yeah, someone already mentioned “TCC.” I thinking that’ll stick.

I’d be game for Herndon, probably Hozn too… he tends to “accidentally” miss Reston and ride out to Sterling with me.
Also would do Northside Social if I were working from home.
Yeah, I would do Herndon early am. I might try to make it to TCC in Arlington too, though I tend to need to be at work (Reston) by 8/8:30.

Yeah, never thought of that when I changed the day. For what it’s worth I think we should make it a Friday thing across the board. That way Friday becomes known as the coffee day… no matter where you are, DC, Arlington, Herndon, whatever, there will be a gathering of friendly folks from the forum sipping coffee somewhere for you to join in. Since we already have recurring Tuesday events, Thursday happy hours, I think less confusion is probably better…. besides, too much coffee and too much of each other can’t be a good thing!
SO, I propose we keep the inaugural meeting on Thursday (tomorrow) as it is already on peoples calendars, but from then on make Friday mornings coffee time.
Thoughts?

ParticipantWhat’s the best route to Java Shack from the eastbound Custis?

ParticipantSo it was originally proposed as FCC2, and then changed to TCC because we didn’t want to steal people away from the already occurring FCC1, but now we are changing it back to FCC2 because we don’t care about stealing people from FCC1?
