    It would be great if we could update the top post(s) or create a new thread with just team names, members, links to clubs. I need all the club links so I can update the application to start showing the correct leaderboards.

    Guidelines for creating clubs:
    – Putting 2014 in the club name is a good idea. I’m still a member of the [2013] Team Ocho: the Underdogs.
    – Make the clubs require “request to join” so we don’t get people accidentally joining up. It’s not quite as bad as last year, since the new members would also have to have authorized the freezingsaddles app, but things could still go wrong.
    – We have (thanks to rcannon100) the cross-reference of forum names to strava IDs, so if we’re having trouble tracking people down we should be able to help. In theory, the freezing saddles app can also get email addresses for any of the registered users. That’s not something we store now … but that data is being shipped back to us with every leaderboard should we need it to track someone down.

    I have email addresses from the registration, if needed. Contact me through private messages if you need them.

    I also may have a fix for peterw_diy but confirming stuff

    Another team naming guideline … try not to make them *too* long. Or if you do, just make sure the team number is at the beginning. We have some limitations on some of the UI charts that might result in team names getting clipped. (Also maybe putting the “2014” at the end makes sense.) Or maybe a better guideline: be prepared to tweak your team name if it’s not intelligible on the leaderboard charts :)

    Dammit…the teams seem very evenly balanced, so I can’t just store my bikes for the winter knowing that Consularrider will easily pick up the slack!
