I got lucky with this one. The assisted living community is practically around the corner from my home. In addition, they had a lovely metal rooster, that I have never noticed, near the sign so I also got #publicartfinder.

Range. Which I think may even qualify for the bonus. And I got it in before the snow.Of course, as soon as I got this shot set up, a voice came over the loudspeaker informing me that the location was closed, and that if I did not vacate the premises immediately, I’d be arrested. Apparently, their alarm system doesn’t recognize the vital necessity of getting out just after midnight and finding an anagram of Henri Desgrange. I decided it was the better part of valor to vacate the premises immediately.

I detect a theme to your adventures of capturing photos for Drevil’s game. You seem to like living on the edge of needing to have someone bail you out of the pokey. 😜

For my sleaze miles I sidled up to a WMATA facility. I was pretty sure I could locate danger there. Mission accomplished.

I spotted Toyota Sienna on my ride today. It is hard to see but the word is there.

It will shortly be another pointless prize: Bike to the pokey to spring cvcalhoun!

They say a good friend will bail you out of the pokey. A TRUE friend will be in there with you.

David, please, ignore my dislike of your post. That was due to my inexperience with the forum features. I appreciate your answer and am still puzzled about the clue. If we need to decipher those pixelated words, that will not relate to riding and finding it. So that does not seem to comply with the rules.
The rules for pointless prizes are whatever the initiator of the particular pointless prize contest says they are. Up to and including changing the rules in the middle of the game.
Two things to remember about this:
1. Freezing Saddles isn’t meant to be a highly competitive enterprise. It’s meant to get people out biking and having fun. Hell, we don’t even know what the prize for this contest is! So best recommendation is to relax and enjoy it, rather than getting too hung up on winning it.
2. There is only so much you can control. For example, I’ve found the required object every day of the competition. But I’ve still missed out on some points due to not getting the bonus points (and the initial description of the contest didn’t mention bonus points). Similarly, I have no control over how many people “like” my posts–and likes are a big part of the scoring. There is no way even to figure out where I stand, inasmuch as people can go back and like posts from weeks ago, and I’m not going to go through 118 pages of posts every day to count up the likes. So rather than focus on winning, I focus on the things I can control–getting out there and finding something every day. That means I bike every day, and I bike farther than I otherwise would. That’s a win for me, regardless of whether I win the competition.January 31, 2021 at 10:23 pm #1110694LeftyLaura

No snow in NJ,so you could say Green Acres, but leftover snow from last week. Where have I landed?

Participant1/31/21- Anagram for Henri Desgrange
I found *endangered* but the only word that would fit with the anagram is ‘endanger’….probably doesn’t count for the rules but I thought I’d at least try. Hope everyone safely enjoyed the snow today!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

GARDENERS
Sticking with the common theme based on garden for the day. The Sunny Garden at Bon Air Rose Garden wasn’t so sunny today….
