The special Metro maps for the inauguration are confusing. Good thing they include a “key“. Note that some sources equate the Legend and the Key, while others say the Key is a part of the Legend that defines symbols and scale

Key, Kite, or Lightning

It’s pretty funny that Baldino’s keeps popping up – but different locations! This one is in Reston. Interestingly, it’s in the parking lot with Home Depot – which makes keys – so you’d think that wouldn’t be so great for business. But it’s been there for a long time!

1/17/2021 “Key, Kite, or Lightning”
Was going to head to Baldino’s in Lorton (conveniently located near Fair Winds Brewing where I took my pic yesterday) but then decided to be a bit more creative. Headed to local power substation near Hayfield looking for warning signs, then decided to do a power-line path tour through Kibgstowne. Am hoping substation voltage graphics count as lightning.
