Drevil, I know, I know, the word should be Distillery. I went inside and asked if they had anything with ‘distillery’ on it. She searched for several minutes and found nothing. I tried.

Waredaca is the most awesome horse farm/stable and brewery all in one. Before Covid, you could ride the horsies and drink beer.

On January 17, 1706, Benjamin Franklin was born. One of his most famous experiments is the key on a kite flown in a storm to attract lightning. To honor him, take a pic of a key, a kite, or lightning, but here’s the rub: not the words. It can be the actual thing, or a graphical representation of it. Oh yeah since everyone has keys in their pockets, not that kind either because that’s too easy

This is Port City Brewing Company. My biking buddy told me about rides they organized. So, one day I came and made a lot of new friends. Post ride beer fun is incredible here.

At one of my favorite local breweries. The Sweet Scoville Sting, a honey jalepeno ale, is super tasty and they’ve done a fantastic job balancing the heat and sweet. If you get the opportunity to get the double version of it, do it! Definitely one of my favorites!

One of my favorite breweries in downtown St. Pete, 3 Daughters. Not quite as prolific as Cigar City outside of Florida, but distributed in surrounding counties.

I often bike to my wonderful local brewery, Fair Winds Brewing in Lorton, but today marked the first trip in the dark! If you haven’t been, be sure to stop by. The beer is great ( my fave is Howling Gale, their amazing IPA) and the folks are fabulous!
