I thought it would be tough to find “peanut”
Nonsense! I found three instances in one sign (Five Guys Bethesda). “Nuts” would have been way too easy, what with some of the Maryland drivers.

In my research, George Washington Carver may have been born on January 10 (or January 1), 1864, but other sources say he may have been sometime in June also. He’s probably most well known for his work with peanuts, but I thought it would be tough to find “peanut”, so I’m shortening it to “nut”. Happy Hunting!
I’m going for George himself. Who knew he had a park hidden away in Arlington? And behind it are the George Washington Carver Cooperative apartments

A mere block from my house I paused to check the text message that Rumi had sent me, looked down, and spied a lugnut lying in the mud on the edge of the road. I gave it someplace dry to get its photo taken before continuing on.

01/10/2021 — “nut.” A bit of a stretch, but here goes, Nutley Street crossing Arlington Boulevard in Merrifield.

My brother in law is a nut…but not only in the crazy way but his name is Jesus del Nogal. If you look up the Spanish word Nogal you will find it translates to Walnut!Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
