I hereby give you the local resource center: the required mail drop and a poop collection station. What could be more handy than to drop off a letter late in the afternoon for a 3: the 40 pick up and pick up a bag and walk your dog? Perfect life in the suburbs.

“They” seemed to have removed most so the Blue Postal Service Collection Boxes in my area. I have looked for them before and only know of one about a mile (and 2 extremely busy roads) from my house. Maybe I do not see them in “the wild” because I live so close to the Fairfax City Post Office.

3/18 – USPS box (with bike!)

Here is my bike leaning against the outside boxes of the Dorothy Height Post Office, located on the ground floor of the Postal Square Building. The PSB also is home to the National Postal Museum, as well as (in theory) my very lonely office that I haven’t seen in over a year.
