I saw a CARDINAL Glen Ct while riding in search of today’s subanagram, and duly snapped the photo. But then I got to the Mosaic District and found ENCHILADAS instead.

At first I was going to head to my favorite El Tio Tex-Mex Grill to snap a shot of the menu. But instead I found double subanagrams at the intersection of Cedar Ln and Linden Ln.

That was convenient! The “Richland” Golf Club was right near the end of the ride I had planned for today. I didn’t even bother looking for anything else, and finished the day completing my hunt.

And, FYI, I did not use any anagram generator like so many folks seem to use. It’s more fun trying to figure out stuff on your own.

This one was easy. A block from my house, I found a car with a “Holy Child” window cling. Half a mile away, there was “Children Playing.” However, it was a nice day and I decided to go for the whole enchiladas. I tried Uncle Julio’s, but they didn’t have a menu out front, and I really didn’t want to go in and ask to photograph their menu (plus, I couldn’t have gotten my bicycle in the shot even if I had). However, Guapo’s had what I was looking for–a menu outside that included enchiladas.
