Carol, I have found just the opposite out here. It’s as if the restaurants and places that ARE open aren’t decorating for anything. It was so sad to ride around looking for an ox for Lunar New Year because it highlighted how unenthusiastic the Asian restaurants were about celebrating. And today, looking for hearts, it was the same again. Makes me a bit sad.

The alternative for two points is to find a human skeleton likeness, but it has to be more than half of the body including the skull (i.e., not just the skull or a just a hand)

Hearts ‘o plenty at least on Valentine’s Day. Good thing, because it wasn’t the greatest day to go hunting for too long.
Here is a festive yard in Arlington. I’ve learned that these people have inflatables for all holidays.

I have a house that has flags for every occasion on my usual rides. But, sadly, I am unable to do my usual rides. I have to hope for the best on my shorter rides.

2/15/21 Skeletor’s Day

I don’t know if this 100% counts, but the instructions don’t say the found word can’t be in another word and when I looked it up on Google the photo had it as a separate word. Maybe the Google photo was inside. The word is Easter �� ����*♂️The first pic is live. The second is copied from Google Maps.

P.S.

I don’t know why the controls on the forum posts often just don’t work – like the management of photos. Sometimes it works flawlessly (well, not flawlessly because the upload seems to work just by checking the photo boxes in your added photos – no dragging or pushing “Go” necessary. But other times all manner of hitting buttons does nothing and I end up wasting half an hour or more. I’ve had these problems with the forum for years. I rate the thread “poor” for that reason, not the thread idea – that’s excellent – but the forum controls being all wanky. Facebook is 1000% easier to post. Maybe we need ads on the forum to get some revenue. And now I see that in my second picture the word is almost illegible, while it was fine when I uploaded it.
