Bike to Work Day Dress Code

I think it would be neat if many riders in the morning rode in wearing last year’s shirt, collected their new shirt at the pit stop and wore that home in the evening. Sort of like a changing of the guard 😎

I tend to not wear cotton shirts while cycling. I sweat a lot, and they get heavy and soggy very quickly.

Last year’s shirt was a dark purple. Can I recommend setting a good example and wearing Hi Viz.

I am fortunate to own a genuine all-in-one Bike Arlington Safety Vest. I am proud to wear it because:

It’s a vest

It’s a shirt

It’s a dress

It’s a small tent

It could possibly be a parachute

Best of all I can wear it over a backpack, winter jacket, and hoop skirt

My tube top is LIME GREEN!!! My wardrobe selection for the day is Soooooo saved.
