Yeah, I decided to skip #fire, because I figured there was no way I was going to find a fire station for each day of Freezing Saddles. And besides, I’m already looking for #scavhunt, #publicartfinder, #flag, and #fever every day, plus exploring new routes for Wandrer, and I didn’t really want to have to find anything else.
At least I’m not doing #420 this year! Maryland last year had only medical cannabis dispensaries, and there weren’t many of them. In DC, in theory it’s illegal to sell cannabis at all, so the dispensaries either have no signage at all or have signage that says things like, “District Glass Company” (real example), and those didn’t count. I felt like an addict as I frantically searched for the day’s drugs!
And I’m eager for DST. I work from home, so I don’t have a commute in which to see sunlight. Typically it’s already dark by the time I finish work. So I end up never seeing the sun except on weekends.
