    2/10/24 tunnel
    <p style=”text-align: left;”>This is the underpass tunnel under Hwy 210 in Ft. Washington, MD   It is always dangerous to ride through here because of the silk, sand and mud.  It could also use better lighting.</p>

    This King Gingko lives in the neighborhood next to mine, just the other side of the Patrick Henry overpass. I call him Your Majesty. His Notable Tree sign seems to have gotten removed, but he’s still notable!

    @steph3bikes, I’m afraid that as stated in the rules on the first page of this thread:

    The rides for each item must be on different days. For example, if you miss that balloon on day 1, you can find a balloon and post it on day 2. But if you do, your ride to find that flag must be on day 3 or later.

    If you’ll let me know which item you found February 9 you want to keep, you can find the others on subsequent days if you like.

    Also, I marked your card for the deciduous tree you found on February 10.  However, can you please mark it for whatever you decide to keep for February 9, and for each future thing you find?

    2/11/24. –  Named Pond/Lake (redux)

    Kingstown Lake the day after I took a Tree (deciduous) picture.  I was tempted to make a case that some consider sunset, not midnight,  the boundary of a “day”, but then we might end up arguing over Bingo plays like they were Cunegonde from Candide.  (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cun%C3%A9gonde)  That doesn’t end well for anyone.

    Plus, there is a Panera near this spot, and we were hungry.
