Russell Senate Office Building. The Senate is the upper house of Congress. It was a challenge getting a photo that would show the upper stories without having a car blocking the view of the sign on the bottom level.

The UPPER “snowman” has blue gloves & a red hat pointing to the right (as you look at the structure.)And yes this was where I posed for Jenn smiling with my upper teeth showing 😁 (Didn’t realize I looked quite that dorky but hey at least I was good and visible 😁😜🤷🏻)

I’m gonna miss her so hard when she’s in Mexico. Thank goodness it’s warming up so most of my regular rides will meet again – and my enthusiastic teammate planned our first team ride for this weekend.

I really feel like the key to getting out on these extremely cold/snowy /icy /windy days has been to have a bad weather 🚴🏼🚴🏼‍♂️ buddy. This is the 2nd year Jenn has been mine 🤩🎊🥳

I wonder why they didn’t include balconies for the apartments on the UPPER three floors of the Skymark luxury apartment building. The Skymark, rising 39 stories, is the tallest apartment building in Virginia.

Upper body workout at the Y.

I was thinking of doing Upper Cardoza Health Center or the upper floor of some building, I was tired of hills and since my hip is still pretty painful for certain movements this seemed like a good idea. Besides two sets of bench presses before closing, I did some rope pulling, Jefferson Curls, and balance board to help with my proprioception after any ligament and tendon damage.
