    2/13/2024 -scram

Students scram out of classroom buildings to go to the library to… you know… study.

Also, me trying to be stealth and not take a recognizable photo of students, frantically scramming and dodging students to get off campus.

2/13: I thought of yelling SCRAM at these runners on the MVT but I rang my bell instead and they kindly let me pass by (on the left, of course;-) Scram

    2/13/24 – SCRAM

These tents are near the top of the Rosslyn hill, just beside the Custis trail.I worry that the folks living in them probably hafta scram when it’s windy. I really hope Arlington County, doesn’t insist they scram permanently….. Arlington does a lot right, but it’s also the most rulebound place I’ve ever lived 🤷🏻

    2/13 – SCRAM

When I first found this trail – Tour de Bris – I laughed because I thought of the Jewish ceremony. 😂

However, after one ride you realize it’s a play on words with all the trash and bullets, (which is probably the quickest way to get folks to scram).

Welcoming someone is the opposite of telling than to scram.

2/13 I’m a little worried someone will see me photographing their house, not understanding that it’s a scavenger hunt for a flag and tell me to scram

Did you scram out of that place as soon as you took your photo? 😉

Oh, you have no idea just how many places I had to scram out of in the course of Freezing Saddles! For example, when I was photographing the flag of the United Arab Emirates, I was told explicitly, “Make it snappy. We thought you were the police.” (Okay, I have a lot of lights on my bike, but still…)

Strange Wordle! It could have had a word like Petal related to roses on Valentine’s Day.
