7/11/24 – cameo
It felt like Mary made a cameo appearance on our ride today! But in fact it’s better than that…… In fact she seems to be back, her femur healed!
That’s Mary in the pink, in the middle. She’d fractured her femur on a fall on a ride with us on 5/6. We’re impressed with her healing pace & attitude.Today she was coaching me on gear changing while climbing. You’d think I’d know how to do that by now, but tbh every time I did as she advised it felt better. 😁🤷🏻
And yes, I had my cheek full of food while I was talking this selfie. (at least I didn’t talk through it this time – I can’t tell you how many times I’ve done that!)
7/11/24 (shouldabin taken on 7/10 though) – GAUNT
The are 2 Babes who are skinny enough that you might call them gaunt. They both ride with the Wednesday Irregulars too, but as it happened neither was on my ride yesterday. Randi was on my ride today though!
So since this game is even more pointless now than usual (during freezing Saddles I mean 😆) I decided to share it anyhow. Randi is the one in the orange helmet.7/15/24 SWOON
What with the fact that I doubted I’d actually find someone swooning, I went for the fact that some people swoon over movie stars. And this movie seems to have a lot of them.
