One of several eclectic “sorority houses” built on the girls’ boarding school campus in 1894, modeled after designs seen in the Chicago World Fair. One of the lovely corners in my hometown of Takoma Park, named after the founder of the city’s Recreation Department, Belle Ziegler [emoji3590] Belle passed away from cancer in 2008; the park was dedicated in 2010. Thank you Belle!
