Was thinking if going but not sure how yet. Probably streets all the way.
Yea! Dickie can come out and play again! See you on Friday our coldest morning yet?

Think I saw you guys on the WOD. I bailed from the last bit of it and rode the roadway… (I think I recognize the green handlebar tape)… I was wearing the neon yellow Gabba jersey.
Yep, you were on the road as we were coming down the trail. I didn’t realize it was you until you were even with us and by then I figured you wouldn’t recognize the Ogre as one of my bikes! Glad you got a good ride in.

ParticipantI’m keeping a close eye too. A 50 mile mud fest just sounds awful to me. I might be eating my entry fee on this one.

ParticipantNimish and I had a great time getting to Best Buns today. The surlys with big tires made the W&OD just BARELY doable.

How did I miss this post, it would have been soooo much better than the ride I took!
Don’t know! I can tell you though that Nimish and I had a semi-epic W&OD ride. Great fun but boy was that exhausting!

Sorry, I was shoveling snow and didn’t see this.
Chris, I’m heading out to play now. Wanna meet up and go to Best Buns for coffee?

Well, right now one extended forecast has 5 – 8 inches of snow for the Richmond area on Saturday with Sunday ride time temperatures in the low 30s.
???? You are kidding me right? Weather.com has 1 inch of snow on Sat changing to rain. I’m still not sure how much fun 50 miles would be in cold rain and/or sloppy mud so who knows. Looks like I’ll be spending even more time than normal tracking the weather this week!

So something about the right to bare arms would be appropriate for the 2nd amendment?
Sorry. I had to say that.
Oh if only we could bare arms and/or legs and not fear frostbite. I’ll soon be reviving my “need spring picnic” thread from last year the rate we’re going!

Also, there are still about 40 riders who have ridden every single day. I think last year we ended with 14 (is that right?). That is most certainly going to be way up this year.
Have you seen the forecast for this weekend?

Bike to work? That’s crazy talk.
Indeed. I think you need a rest day or two. I hear the sofa is nice!
