    How good did it feel to not have to hang your clothes to dry, peel off twenty layers, or check for torn clothes due to falling on ice???
    Today was a nice one. Took the roady out and did some hills to celebrate.

    BTW, Thanks Spokes for doing an awesome job fixing my bike!!!

    Beautiful day that we have earned. Don’t forget to lube your chain. After two days of heavy rain, there ain’t nutin left. Also pick your route careful for AM. Wind is fierce.

    More ice than you may think. Fell and did a James Bond slide for about 15 feet on the airport overpass. I also fell again walking back to my bike. Tried to do a loop around Haines point but fell on Ohio Ave turnaround, so even the streets have ice. The Roosevelt s-curve had ton of ice and had to be walked. Surprisingly the custis overpasses didn’t have ice, or at least i didn’t notice.
    It is funny, but i have fallen so many times since FS started that it has become passé.

    Today I wore a windblock that doesn’t breath very well. Did a little longer ride today and when I took off the jacket, I had a nice layer of ice on the inside of it. Could have made a slushie. Layers are good, if they are the right layers.
