So who in Arlington county do you contact about things like this?

My point to them will be, I think the traffic flow needs to be understood by both cyclists and cars, if either side has to guess on where they should be, there is a good chance someone is going to guess wrong.

I ran on the custis trail on Sunday and from where I started on Quincy to where it intersects with W&OD it seemed to be 50/50 either snow and or ice covered to completely dry. Some very sketchy spots.

With the warm (well warmer anyways) weather, hopefully it will clear up soon.
