One quick thing you can do is take off the spacer and stem, put the space underneath the stem and retighten. It looks like you can raise the stem an inch because the steerer tube was never cut to match the current stem height.

Hard to tell, but it also looks it might be a -6° stem…flipping it over might get a little extra height as well.

Thanks! I actually looked at doing that–there are 2 spacers above the stem that can be moved down. I’ll give it a try on Friday or Saturday.
