    The other day I was at Joyce and Army Navy Drive in Arlington. Looked like construction activity on the south side of Army Navy. IIUC from the project website, bike lane construction on Army Navy is to begin with closing the southbound lane in August (its now August) Maybe that closure was what I saw (haven’t had time for a closer look)

    I havent seen any updates on this project, can anyone confirm?
