Water St down by the fish market and waterfront

Anyone know what the plans are? Every day I ride through there, and there seems to be more and more blockage and road closures. It’s made my pleasant commute have a higher-stress section with a sprint down Maine Ave.

The fish market traffic stunk worse than the dumpster there smelled yesterday. Couple with this the loud construction, and pissed off drivers and it is a pretty dangerous place. Blind corners at the entrances and exits make it fun too.
