Please forgive my shameless shill, but beginning tonite @ 6pm, Team VeloWorks-Spokes Etc. will be holding a beginner-to-intermediate level ride:
VeloWorks is pleased to announce the start of a new Tuesday ride from Spokes Etc on Quaker Lane starting this week (06/30).
The ride will depart at 6:00PM for 1-1.5 hours.
The goal of the ride is to teach/practice group riding techniques and work on the dynamics that make up team rides and races.
The pace will be smooth enough to enable all riders to work with the group. The rides will be lead by VeloWorks coaches and members of the VeloWorks-Spokes Etc. racing team.
If you are interested in learning to ride more efficiently and safely, then this is your chance!
