Temperature is not pulled from your ride, but from the weather station readings from your approximate ride GPS location and approximate time. These readings often don’t precisely match what you experience, but we’re a technology upgrade away from being able to pull head-unit temperature. If you log into the FS site, click your name in the top right and select My Rides, it lists every ride and the temperature. If you rode on 1/22 or thereabouts you should have a lower temperature recorded. Would need your Strava ID to diagnose any more (I’m Mrln π§ββοΈ).
Ahhh. It must be because my privacy settings don’t share my map info. Under temperature, it shows “ππ€·βοΈ” for every ride except the one I did on a vacation, for which I manually made the map public. I did ride on 1/22; the temp is ππ€·βοΈ. My Strava ID is 153462056. Thank you!
So we didn’t get weather for about 5% of our rides, yours included, possibly because of privacy settings. However I’ve tweaked a thing, now that we know what to look for, and we’ve added a number of additional hours below freezing to the group total, so you should have weather for (some of) your rides! And yes, a 54ΒΊ coldest ride would have been a bit shameful.
