Sun Mar 2 Group Ride: Trolley Trail Passport Whirlwind

SUNDAY MAR 2: 11:30am meetup in front of Shortcake Bakery, 4700 Rhode Island Avenue, Hyattsville MD, 20781

Please RSVP on this Forum Post if you intend to join this ride and watch this post in case there are weather-related changes

A roughly 10 miles round trip easy trail ride on the Rhode Island Trolley Trail (Hyattsville – Riverdale – College Park) to hit all 18 stops on the Rhode Island Trolley Trail Passport so that at the end of the ride everyone earns enough points to earn some schwag (like a hoodie!)

We would not linger at every stop but would do a minimum at each stop:

1) Take a group photo
2) Check in on the Trolley Trail Passport to earn points: watch each other’s bikes while people run into the establishment to check in, or just check in right outside the establishment if they are not open.
3) No purchase required but always encouraged.

7. Denizens Brewing LUNCH STOP AROUND 12:30pm

9. Proteus Bikes & Brews (bathroom pitstop: we can bring our bikes inside the shop!)
10. Tacos a la Madre
11. Potomac PIzza
12. Bagels & Grinds
13. College Park Bicycles
14. Sangfroid Distilling
15. Arrow Bicycles
16. Streetcar 82
17. Pizzeria Paradiso
18. Maryland Meadworks 3pmish: Final stop for drinks

Bummed- thought this was March 1 🙁
March 2 is the public arts ride in Rockville- missed that last year – dont want to miss it again.
