REWARD OFFERED! Bike belongs to a girl named Penloy that just built the bike last night and rode it first time on her morning commute today.
Bike is a brand new Haro Beasley 26 with matte gray frame with bright orange letter accents and bright orange forks. Bike should look fresh with minimal wear on tires, only ridden one time.

Bike was properly locked up with a thick cable lock at 8AM this morning, October 3rd, in front of Vida Fitness on the corner of 15th and P St NW DC, until sometime before 5PM when it was reported stolen. Middle of a sunny day on a busy street and I believe it takes about 10+ minutes to get through that lock.
